The installer contains the trial and all full versions in one.

 

For an update from a previous vesion, you will need to remove this previous version first. This is done through windows Add/Remove software.

 

For a first install, just run the installer on your system. If needed, the installer will also install the required dot Net version for you. The installer also loads the required runtime libraries onto your system.

The DWG IFilter settings will be preconfigured for you. Additionally you can choose to register the IFilter with your installed search product, which is now a one-click action.

 

After downloading you can run the free trial for 60 days. After 60 days the installed software will switch to free non-commercial usage on systems applicable.

To switch the software to registered desktop or registered server mode, you need to purchase a licence key at our homepage www.dwgifilter.com - the key will be sent to you by email. After entering the key, your system generates a machine code which allows us to generate the unlock code to match your system.

 

At install time, the Configurator tool is started to help adjust your system's settings. You can start this tool later at any time.

In the Configurator tool you have several automatic options on how to register the IFilter with your search/indexing product.
